Makarth,
I'd gladly lone you one of my bikes if I had more than one running right now - the 650 is a runner and is my daily transport, but I've still yet to tackle the oil pan leak and setting the float levels on my ZN700.
And it will likely be months before I even think about looking at the GPz750 that I recently aquired. :S
So Rudy, that's the bike you were telling me about?
Sweeeeet!
It doesn't look like it's missing much or will take to long to get roadworthy either.
The ride is two weeks away now, so who all is actually going to make it?

Re: SoCal: Ride the Crest in June - Breakfast Spot
02 Jun 2008 09:34
I was in La Canada/Flintridge a few ago, looking for a place where we could meet up and get some breakfast before the ride.
There's a restaurant called THE HILL STREET CAFE, right at Foothill Blvd and Angeles Crest Hwy.
The street address is:
Hill Street Cafe
1004 Foothill Blvd
La Canada/Flintridge, 91011.
When I was there, there was alot of construction on Foothill. I didn't pull into the restaraunt because of traffic, but I think there's a pretty big parking lot in back.
Has anyone ever been to this place? Can you recommend it?
I'm thinking that we should start the ride at about 10:00 to 10:30. That should put us in Wrightwood by about noon.
What does everyone think?

Seeing that I have no idea of the area in southern Cal, I say that seems fine with me.

Joe,
put the CB on a bike trailer and tow it with your KZ. That way you can have both your bikes with you.
See you guys on the ride.
