Kreem Blue Shield - anyone tried it??

I just bought a new chrome header and some Kreem Blue Shield. It's a product to prevent bluing when used on new exhaust pipes. Have any of you ever tried it? I'm wondering if it's even worth applying?? Here's a link:

Haven't tried it bud,but I HAVE read here, where guys are spraypainting the inside of the new pipes with high-heat or bb-q paint.
And apparently,it works great.B)

I heard the same thing, but silver ultra high temp paint and plenty of it. I heard to use the whole can letting the many coats dry between reapplications.

Update - spent hours and hours coating this pipe perfectly and the blue shield didn't even hold up for 5 minutes! Pipes are gold and blue - turned real fast. So much for that!

I have used high temp paint to coat the inside with good results. You have to put it on VERY heavy and let it run down the pipe in order to get it coated past the bend. I think I used 2 cans on my 4 into 1. I had it dripping out the end at one point. The chrome has held up well. You might also double check your jetting to see if you are running rich. Do a proper plug check (about 60mph, full throttle for a few seconds, pull in clutch, shut off bike and coast to stop without letting clutch out then check plugs to see if they are a nice light brown color and not white).
