Just thought i would post a Video of what a difference the different jets did on throttle. (vrooming it)

[img

or this link: s140.photobucket.com/albums/r5/washingto...current=100_2827.flv

has a completely different (better) response time and doesnt Lug down much, cant wait to get the #70 primary mains.

I however have to start looking for the new starter soon, you can hear this one making a horrible noise at startup.

Nice exhaust note, and sound pretty responsive without any lag to it. B)

That sound it makes (kind of a "whirring" and "grinding/crunching" sound) at start up isn't your starter Randy, it's the starter clutch.
My 650 makes that exact same sound, only multiplied by 10. :S

Since the KZ650's and KZ750's are very similar mechanically, you can remove and rebuild it w/out having to pull the engine.

Check the archives for the thread by OnkelB on how he did it on his 650. Very step-by-step informative and even has pics. ;)

If you can't find the thread, shot me a PM and I'll log in to the archives (I have it saved in my favs there) and get the link for you.
