Wasn't the double 13 a V12? If I remember correctly, the displacement came out to about 2.4L because he had to shorten the stroke. Is that the same bike?

Yes, Allen Millyard...he has also done some amazing things with the smoking triples, too!...five cylinder bike, etc.
