Good news,
He had both covers that have the inset emblems. I am getting both from him for a fair price. He also has the brake pedal, and kickstart that I want. Mine are gouged.

Got the parts today and I must say I am very impressed on the condition of the side covers. I bought this stuff from him sight-unseen and let me tell ya, this guy had exactly what he said in the exact condition he said they were.
It's nice to know there are still honest people out there:)
