Bought myself a Honda
12 Nov 2007 17:25
PLEASE!
Keep the flaming to a minimum!
I just bought this 1976 Honda CB550 for $225. I still have to drive 5 hours one way to pick it up,
AND I still have to tell the wife!:woohoo:
Anyway, I think I got a damn good bike for the price.

Well, since you're obviously VERRRY ashamed to have bought an antique Honda, I suggest you bring it to my house for storage until you work up the nerve to tell your wife!   :woohoo:

I've had a 1971 CB500F for about six months. Paid a bit more than you. About £800 ($400). It's currently waiting for me to put a new cylinder head on. Not as good as my Z650 but it has a certain charm.
