Side covers? Any One?
10 Nov 2007 19:39
Hey Folks,
I'm needing a few KZ side covers. What I really need are three ABS plastic side covers with broken barbs. Unfortunately, for now I can only reattach the broken barbs. If the barb is gone it won't help me, Thanks Anyway!
I'll repair them and return them to you in a couple of weeks. They will be much stronger than stock when you get them back.
If you've got one please send me a PM.

I have a side cover with a nasty crack in it, almost up to the middle. Any chance your project could work for this one?

bought it because I was told it would never run again...I like to prove people wrong.

Hey Patton,
Forgot about that "horse to water" comment.
I'm going to document that process in an article for KZR and I've run out of damaged covers.
As for plastic welders, I'll stick with aluminum and stainless, they're easier.
