Could that truly be considered NOS, though?
This one stuck out to me because it was so new. When I bought my '04 Volusia it was early '05 and it was a leftover. By this guy's definition my bike was NOS, too? To me, NOS goes hand in hand with older bikes, cars, etc., not this bike.

In all serious no it is not NOS. I've always understood NOS to mean never used, installed, etc. If the bike had 000000mi on it I would think then it could be NOS? Most of the time it refers to parts. But I kinda agree with you about what "new OLD stock" really means.

Another case of some wanker who has an imperfect understanding of what NOS stands for. He probably figures the bike will sell faster and/or turn up in more searches if he puts "NOS" in the title. Another fine example of "language devaluation" before your very eyes......

KZ650C2 Stock/mint. Goes by "Ace".
H2A Built from a genuine basket case. Yes,it's a hot rod.
GT550A Stock/mint. Pleasant stroker.
2006 Bandit 1200S for easy LD rapid transit
Various H2 projects in the wings.
