today cuz the weather was fantastic.....for CowTown at this time of year. +18C (~60F) with very little wind and brilliant sunshine all day. The 650 ran along like a champ and I turned over 4000 kilometres (~2500 miles)
on the trip. There were HUNDREDS AND HUNDREDS of bikes on the road everywhere I went for 4 hours. Heck, the weather was so nice even some the HD riders were waving back!!!:lol:
I got into a conversation with a guy who saw my bike and wanted to know the story. Turns out, he just got back into bikes after 18 years or so without and picked up an '82 GPz750 in very nice shape for very little money. All original (except for the rubber) and runs like a top.
I told him about this board and hopefully he'll become a member...or at least a lurker.
