Just found this on another site, thought you would enjoy:

Yep, a jacket with airbag(s).
84 GPZ750. Modded with stock Kawasaki parts: ZR-7 shock, ZX-6 coils, GPZ1100 throttle, EN454 brake, GPZ900 fuse box, etc. and non stock: Ken Sears mirrors, K&N filter, Pirelli Sport Demons.

the fist time you get off your bike without taking off the ripcord you'll need a new jacket. :/

Can't help but think of the drivers ed teacher on "Spongebob Squarepants"

I also can't help but wonder about the real life effectiveness. In a car collision, you have a low moment of impact, which is what the air bag is supposed to help with. On a motorcycle the odds are much more likely for multiple impacts and lacerations, and studies have shown that cookies break inside ziplock bags just like in the cookie jar.:S

It also looks to me like the neck bag is trying to push the helmet off!:blink:

Maybe I'll just start making jackets that fit over football pads!

Nope...doesn't work that way.It has to be impacted to activate the airbags.It shows it in the video.;)
