Brother, could you spare a bracket?
04 Oct 2007 09:34
Hi Everybody,
I have been trying to hunt down a pair of stock exhaust brackets for my 78 kz650. You know, the ones that hang the mufflers from the footpegs. (My bike came without them.)
I already have a new SITO exhaust paid for by the insurance company.
I thought there might be some floating around when people replace their stock exhaust with Kerkers or supertrapps.
They're not available through Bike Bandit. And scarce on ebay.
Thanks in advance,
JoJo

You're right, unfortunately I found out that this particular brand uses the stock brackets.
But, I'll still scour ebay for sure!

Re: Brother, spare a 650 exhaust bracket?

Welcome moto_jojo.
I'm sure many of those brackets got tossed over the years.
Try adding 650 into the title of this tread to attract the 650 owners, as I did.
Shouldn't be too difficult to make up your own though.
Give us some pictures of your ride as well.
