Well, it's official! MotoGP will be in Indy September 14, 2008!
I just reserved my tickets. Anybody else going to make it?

I'm definitely looking into it. My buddy and I went to Laguna last year and were hoping for Indy since its so much closer for us.

Well this is now just a couple of days away. My buddy and I are going to the GP and the Mile so this weekend is going to awesome.

Is there anyone else going?

I will be at the track thursday thru raceday, parking right at the main gate. Not going to the Mile though, too much going on.

I'll be there - leaving early Friday morning so I'll be at the track in the afternoon. Taking the KZ on a trailer (yes, I know - but have you ever driven from Detroit to Indy? - BORING!) but will drop the trailer at the hotel and ride down to the track.

Friday and Saturday evening will be downtown - Indy has some good brewpubs!

I'm taking my 14 year old daughter to qualifying on Friday. I can make it downtown after I drop her off at home.
I'll see if I can come up with a good spot downtown, got any favorites?

We did go to a micro-brewery/restaurant downtown last time I went to the F1 race - unfortunately I can't remember the name, but they sold deep fried salmon fish & chips that were delicious!

Other than that, any reasonable bar will do!
