gas cap/gauge

i posted in the wanted section but i know i don't look there that often myself so im posting here hope its okay with whoever is the mod here,im looking for a gas guage for a kz1000 or a 900 the type that was sold many yrs ago it replaced the factory gas cap,i know these are rare/hard to find they would show up on ebay a few yrs ago but nothing lately,i really want/need one of these so name your price!

I MIGHT have a old one in one of my piles of parts.. IF I still do have it, it most likely will be in sad shape.
As I remember the "clear" plastic over the gauge part was yellow and cracked pretty bad. And I think the chrome was pitted too. I don't know if it even worked:huh: I just remember it being ugly ( to me ) at the time.
Do you want me to try and dig for it??
