seen some cranken KZ's today!!

i whent to brainerd international raceway today and watched the races, there was a bike class but as they rolled up i could only hear half of what the bikes were and i was too far to tell, well i walked back into the pits and seen a few kz's.

i talked to one of the owners, i couldnt find the others, he was a nice guy,i told him about kzrider.com and he said he wasnt into computers much, he had a maroon jpz1100 that was all tricked out with all the ass haulin goodies, a 1426bb 40mm fast by gast carbs, back cut trans and a slider clutch, it needed a paintjob but otherwise was an ass kicking bike, the other two kaws were VERY nice, the one that says vortech heads on the back had a J head on it (unless its a disguised vortec)
i liked that one the most, the rest of the bikes at the event were suzi's except for the slowest runner being a BUELL!!!! a modified one at that 10.9 on the quarter with a wheelie bar and a slick.

the maroon 1426 amazed me when i watched it run (after knowing for sure it was a kaw) it ran an 8.8 on the quarter.

the orange and black one ran a 8.9

and the orange/blue one missed a shift and ran a high nine.

i now have a true understanding for how fast you can make these things go.

yeah the z1 looking bike is niceB)

sure is, i liked the orange/black one a little bit more, but i think it was the J head hypnotizing me.
