I had some time today so I was able to work on this bike again.

I swapped out the #1 float valve, it was "sticking" intermittently when I moved the float up and down. When I removed it there was some crud on it but the tip looked OK. There was also some binding on the spring pin end as well so I suspect there may be tarnish buildup in there. I replaced it with a NOS matching assembly.

When I changed it out I also replaced whatever gasket I could easily reach with new ones, which was about half of them.

I did a "wet" test with some alcohol and all is good now.

Drained the alcohol and will try to get a ride in tomorrow if no other issues arise.
