Hi guys,
it’s been a while since i’ve posted something hier .I was working on my project for about two years and i finally got it done so i wanted to share it with you guys. The look of the bike has changed a bit.Tail piece is from Z1.I made a seat myself ,base and cover included.Foam is partially from Z1000 A.I bought a front fender as a blank, made a side holders for it and polished it.I shortened the fork for about 50 mm . Every screw, bolt, washers etc.is either chrome or zinc plated.Frame, swing arm and main stand is powder coated.I didn’t do any frame cutting.i’m a tool maker and i do work with CNC machines so i decided to do my own side cover emblems by milling.I also machined the lower engine case to fit a kickstarter mechanism from kz 650.I didn’t spend much money but i put way too many hours in it and i don’t regret it.Thanks for looking guys.
Cheers
Alen

After posting a response, I can see two pics. I guess I will have to do this several more times to "have permission" to see the rest. Also, I hope the site will parse a response this Tim, so I don't have to submit this a third time.....

Nice bike, by the way.
