Yep, it's almost always a fun little event, except when it's cold and raining. Perhaps I will see you there. I try to make both runs, but usually I am lucky to make one.

Yes I usually bail if it’s not decent weather. I’ve had good luck making it both times the last 10 years or so haha but I’ve definitely missed a few simply from lack of will.
Would be awesome to meet up though
I think it’s May 2nd?

According to the website it is on May 3rd this year. As we get closer I will try to remember to contact you to see if you are going. I usually wait until the day before to make my decision, but the weather people have been wrong more than they have been correct. I am only about 100 miles away so it's no big deal to go, but it is a hoot to see some of the stuff people ride. The Crud Run is also want is responsible for fueling my desire to buy an old KZ-1000. I would just stand there gawking at the old Kawasaki's wishing I had one again. I always laugh a bit when someone trailers an old bike there because the ride was supposed to be a ride-in event, not trailer-in. If the weather co-operates there are some sweet old bikes there. Hopefully Mother Nature will smile on us this year!

Everything looks really cool, love the stance. Maybe rethink the positioning of the oil cooler, it's surrounded by heat.....the clutch cable may benefit from being away from the exhaust too.

With the front end and exhaust there’s no where else to put the oil cooler unfortunately
I tried several locations but this was the only that didn’t interfere with something
The clutch line has a metal housing and I tied it up better to stay away from the exhaust

Small update
Electrical is done, waiting on battery to test everything before I wrap and route the harness
Ordered the mikuni rs34 carbs, intake boots and air filters
Looking at a new seat and doing the zx10 rearset interface plates
Few small things to look at, tires, rear brakes, etc then she should be ready
Hoping to have it running by middle of March
Riding it by April 1
I’ll get pics soon
