Having a closer look at your picture of the left hand control the plugs for the wiring look to be different, yours are white mine are black but they look to be a different shape?

if the wire colours are the same it would be easy to swap the plugs from my old ones,

Have you got some pics of the right controls steve

Just looked. I have 3 for the left side and one for the right.
I need to keep one of each since I have 2 bikes that could need one.

That leaves 2 left side and one of them has a big split on the main plastic housing. The other is pretty faded.
Not sure if you would want it. Did you look on E-bay? That's where these were from.
Wires a a little different too.

Ok no problem steve, the only NOS ones for my bike on eBay are for the right controls and some people want a fortune for them,

Cms motorcycle spares in Netherlands list a left hand control in stock on their web site
has any one used Cms before

Don't forget to ask a couple of the smaller and older bike repair shops. I did and one had a control sitting on his shelf still.

Don't bother with the big dealerships with all the fancy new bikes though. It's the small shops that have been in the game a whole where you stand the best chance.

Hello, just admiring your fantastic restoration and I am just in the middle of doing one myself the same model as yours. I'm just stuck on engine paints and what blacks to use. Yours looks great so would you mind letting me know what you used....thanks Roy

Hi Roy,

I just don't remember what that paint was now. I do remember it was a high heat paint though.
