Brilliant usage of CAD ( Cardboard Aided Design ). I know I don't do enough of that myself but found that when I do it answers a lot of questions a lot quicker than not doing it. And cardboard (paper) is cheap.

Vic,
Cone Engineering is making some very nice stainless mufflers these days. I will be using a pair of cylindrical muffler's On my GL1000 project. I was just on their site and they have come up with a nice new design they call "Big Mouth" cylindrical mufflers. Give them a look!

their stuff is pretty nice but i want something that looks more like a Kerker. So i'm going to fabricate it myself. I am buying a cone from them to chop up though.
