If my Morris on my MK II start to come apart, I might have to adapt the extra GSXR1100 wheels I have for my GSXR750 LTD.

That post was from 2016. Seems like maybe it's time to dig out those GSXR wheels?

Of course, gazing at your KZ1000 parked in the living room doesn't sound so bad.

WOW!!!!!! Over 50,000 views now of the restoration of my old Kz1000 MK.II Superbike!!!!!!

Took a number of years to reach that number, but it finally did!!!!

Thanks to all the members that left me such great comments over the years.  I hope all who read through my thread enjoyed it.

Its been since Oct. 17th of last year that someone posted any comments.

Going to try to hit a few more vintage bike shows with it this year.

I hope I get to meet some more KZR members at some of these future bike shows!!!!

Yes! Bob is a Great Knowledgeable Man! I followed his work all along over the years! I even privately messaged him back when his bike was up for the bike of year! I am not a road racer per say! But his information covers all the bases!
I have sent him a few private messages also. For some information!
I even asked him about Arizona weather and real-estate. As I would love to Leave Sorry Ass New York State!
Always a Class Act Gentleman! Thank You Bob!

I do have a question Bob,  since you have an original GSXR with 18" rims, and the original (on your MKII) Morris style magnesium wheels, can you do me a flavor?

I need to know if the front disc rotor bolt pattern on the GSXR front wheel is the same as the one on the Morris Magnesium front wheel.  I thinking about getting a set of the replica S1 style from rotors and AP brakes, and I want to keep my GSXR 18" wheels.

Thanks

The Morris front mags use a six bolt pattern. My early model 18 inch GSXR front wheel is only a five bolt pattern.

The I.D. is like 64.00mm on my Kosman rotors that mount to my Morris wheel adapters.

Its not my MK.II Superbike, but I didn't want to start a whole new topic!!! So I posted it here.

A friend sent me a photo of my '80 Kz750E that I raced back in '81 to '83.

Believe this photo was shot at Blackhawk Farms sometime in those three years. Might even be Grattan Raceway up in Michigan.

Not sure anymore. Old age has set in!!!!!
