KZ 400 - $300 Worth it without carbs?

I am considering purchasing a KZ 400 for 300 without carbs.

What do you guys think about it?

Can you hem-n-haw the price down to $200?

Or... more info needed. A photo would be good.
Is anything else missing? Look on ebbaayy to see if any carb sets are available. Whatever you find will most likely have to be redone somewhat. Gaskets, o-rings & whatnot.

There is a mint one by me for $700 obo and I mean mint! $300?!?! I'd offer $50 and thats doing him a favor.
