I will need to buy a zrx1200 axle and a number of bushings. Thought I would try a mock up. I'm lovin it! Lots of details still.

I finished the ignition switch and speedometer pick-up routing.I need to make a small mount for the speedometer and mount it to the top/rear of the headlight.

Yeah! Lookin' good! I always think that a 'mock up' stimulates the 'work' gland. What you may find is that a swingarm that works with the wheel may necessitate removal of the passenger-peg brackets...been there, done that, no biggie.
Hope your mock-up helps you get your mental boogie on. :)

Holy Sh*t Calhoun! :woohoo:
Now u are realy onto something there. that is even better than a single sided swingarm. U have a clear veiw from both sides that way. I hope u can pull it off. i'll want 1 too.
Looking good bro.B)

No luck with the lasers yet. That would be quicker than installing the swing arm.
The speedometer is ready and the key switch is in. I may need a clutch cable. I have a Z1R cable on it now but it may be a little short. I will have to see how it looks with the exhaust installed. I need to check the upper brake line from the master cylinder to the splitter block, probably too short.
Do you like my orange grips? I wanted old school schwinn orange krate appearing grips. These are not the same. just wanted a little color. Probably going to change them.
I want to ride the thing!
For the swingarm and rear wheel I need to see what bushings and spacers I am missing and get my hands on them. I just need dollar$ like always. I know that the zrx swingarm is longer and can't wait to see it on there because the added length would have greatly improved the appearance with the old set up.I still don't have a bottle for the welder yet.

I plan to get it all together and work out all of the bugs then disassemble it for gussets and paint. It may be August before that happens. I would also like to replaced the harness. I still plan to modify my front fender and mount it.
