Does a mk11 have an 18" wheel? usualy the larger dim fenders look out of place on the 17" wheels.
the fit on your new 17" wheel is very good. It looks perfect in the pic. B)

It is more like an LTD, much shorter than a 900 fender.

It looks great! B)
Fill us in, how is it modified? u must have changed the radius. it fits the 17" wheel perfectly. Was it originally made for a 19" wheel?

I think that I am in a jam. I am having a hard time figuring out what to do about the rear sprocket. I decided but now I am not so sure.
I am thinking about switching to a ZRX1200 wheel. The 1200 wheel cush drive will accept kz sprockets. Mark has told me this as well.
I have a ZRX1100 wheel and can not remember, or figure out what to do.
I would like to run the 630 chain but at this point I do not have to. I am still worried about running a small enough rear sprocket. The old one was a 30!
I do not want to have to buy a special sprocket when it is time for a replacement.
Will a 1200 cush drive fit the 1100 wheel? My zrx sprocket is a 45 and 42 is the smallest JT offers.

Well you have to pull the sides out. This will make the side to side arch broader. It will also bring the tips toward each other.(I tried to upload a drawing but it did not work.)
you will have to make a bend in the mount flaps.
You will have to flaten or cut the rolled edge of the flaps to make a permanent bend. This will make the flaps stick down (again) instead of out at an angle.
next the rear needs to be broadened or the tire will hit on the outer edges.
now you just bend it to the best of your ability by hand.I turned mine over and pushed down on the tire.

Save yourself the hastle and convert to a 530 or (for more clearence) a 520. All you have to do then is get a front sprocket; which you will need to have in the 'off-set' variety anyway to run a wide 17" on the rear.

I have a zrx12 rear hub hear if u need any measurements just holler.
have u bought a front sprocket yet? i would try to make do with a 1/2" offset if u can. i went with a 5/8" so i could get more tire to chain clearance. but, in doing so i ended up with a non o ring chain for a thinner chain profile. I should have clearanced the frame more or went with a 1/2" offset.
It is a tight fit all around with the zxr arm. I often wonder, why guys that use other types of swingarms dont have as much trouble? i wonder if it has anything to do with the steering neck? i took great pains to line up the front and rear rims. in doing so it force the rear rim to the left, causing fit issues.in the end, i can see that the rear rim is offset to the left , when veiwed from behind. even though the rear rim is in line with the front rim.So maybe it is luck of the draw, depending on the steering stem alignment???

I found it very difficult to get all the clearance I wanted. I felt I needed the 5/8” to get it. The down side with a 5/8” is that if u are planning on launching it at the track, u should have a support plate(so I have heard). This helps prevent flexing and possible damage to the counter shaft. It seems u can get away with out the plate when only going with a ½” offset.
some guys actually cut the frame out and insert a channel for maximum clearance.and dont forget to clearance the footpegs, lower, inner bolt boss.
