Yes the 80 KZ750G side covers will fit the 76-79 KZ750B.

Yes the 83-85 GPz750 brake calipers will fit the 76-80 750 twin (and work "very" well)

Pic below is my 750B with 80 750G sidecovers, tank, and exhaust, with 96 GPz1100 master cylinder and 83 GPz750 calipers (and NOS Morris Mags). Actually, the frame is a 79 (bought it from Godsjestor), engine is an 82M, front end is 80G, electronic ignition is KZ440, and I have a pair of S&W rear shocks to put on it yet. A real conglomeration. :D

Still have to put the 80G tail on it, and buy a seat cover, and I think I'll buy another Mac chrome 2 into 1 exhaust for it.

My previous 79 750B and 80 750G had KZ1000 front calipers on them, the GPz750 calipers are far more effective, slide me all the way on top of the tank without trying real hard.

Oh yeah, I set the carbs (brass floats) by setting the floats at 1" from the bottom of the float to the bowl gasket, and just for grins I measured the fuel level and it was right in the middle of the specified range.

So the 1" works for brass floats anyway (on the 76-79 750 twins)

...Oh, and I guess I'm not the only one who asks you questions via PM, because I didn't ask *all* of that... ;)

Nah, I get asked about stuff via PM all the time, especially about the 750 twins.

I don't mind, I just thought I'd show a pic of some of the stuff.

Just can't get over how well those brakes work, and they are single piston! It's like the bike just stops and I keep going :D

The 750 twin rotors are two inches larger in diameter than the GPz750 rotors, that extra leverage sure shows :woohoo:

You should try dual disk 6 piston brakes. I don't think I'll be able to have kids anymore. :D

Steve, how yah been? Those bikes couldn't have gone to a better home! Yah gotta take a minute and put that G tail section on there. I wanna take a ride on it now.

BTW, if anyone wants a 750GPz front end, I still have one laying around here, It'll go cheap unless i have to package it then it'll go at a real good price. Sorry for whoring my goods on yer thread.
