That front end that's on there in the pics is a Gixxer.

Anyhow, to fit it I had it sleeved at the stem. It's a KZ stem with a spacer sleeve pressed and welded into the GSXR triple.

Then I ran a pair of the AllBalls Racing roller bearings. A GREAT upgrade for your bike. Stiffens the steering up significantly.
