Hey, everyone my bike is finally working!! Thanks for all you help in answering my questions, I'm sure I will have a few more. I put on 75km today with no major issues!! That is the most I have ever gone. Now I just have to clean it up so it doesn't look like junk.

Seat looks Harley Sportster-ish.

Take the cover off of your seat and there will be a big solid piece of foam there. You can cut and shave the foam until it is what you want it to be. Then take it to an upholstery shop and get it covered for like $40 or less. To cut it down you can use anything... knife, saw, razor. Don't cut it all the down to where you want. Leave some extra and then use a grinder or some other high speed tool to do the fine detail work. With a hand grinder you can get the foam as smooth as a babies bottom. Best part is that it will your seat, that you made, that you thought of. Hard to beat that.

Ha ha, all these answers are great and all. However, I want to know how the seat was made or purchased from the bike on the picture?
