Alright yall, I've been lurking on this site for a year or so now right after I got my first KZ. Gotta say thanks to everybody posting technical info as this site proved invaluable over the last year.

So this is the end results of a very inexpensive build (500 bucks for the bike and about 200 bucks for parts) and I wanted to see what yall thought about it.

Also any suggestions on what to use to build a new seat pan? I used sheet metal for the one on it but I'm looking to make something that fits a little better and looks cleaner.

Nice! What are you doing for mufflers (sp?). Are you running your bike with open exhaust? Man that thing must be INSANELY loud (LOL!) You can get a complete repoduction seat on e-bay for @ $140 US.Maybe you looking for a lower seat profile though. Your drag bars look great! regards Doug

You can mold you own pan. Decide what shape you want and then mock up and rough mold. Then lay some fiberglass on it and after it dries you can cut and shape it till it is what you want. Then just have it covered at a shop for about $30 or do it yourself.
