Lokking forward to working with you all. Just been given a 440 g1. Fair amount of rust but it all looks fairly cosmetic. Been left outside for a couple of years so lots of cleaning up to do. A project bike for my wife, she's looking forward to riding with me on my '85 gpz900r.
Good to meet you all.

Welcome aboard!

The most needed part for getting any old bike back on the road is elbow grease. Oh yeah, we need pics to appreciate the amount of elbow grease you'll need!

Nates vintage bike axiom: Riding is the reward for time spent wrenching.
Murphys corollary: Wrenching is the result of time spent riding.

Welcome 2 da Zone.
BTW...it's a good idea to put your bike and location info in your signature line. This will give others an idea of your model bike and location whenever you post a question or comment.
That's my 1% worth...
