i usually make the longer bolts myself.just take stock bolt and cut it off than cut head and part of shank off same size allen head bolt and eld it up same length as origional bolt..get me the thread size and length of bolts you need and i can make them up. goodluck,happy wrenching!

thanks for you help, but i have a welder and can make them as, well but i figured it would be better to get real one then make them. if kawasakikid can't get them for me i'll just make them. Thanks anyway.

make sure you bevel the ends down really good before you weld them.goodluck,happy wrenching!

ya i was going to turn the ends down in the lathe and have my dad tig them together.

well thanks any way. I think it's kinda stupid that they aren't availible very easily, and even more that metric bolts are like 6 times more than american bolts. guess i'll either weld some up or get a set of stainless ones and paint em black.

wait a min. did you want those bolts allen head or hex? because like i said i could not get the long ones in allen but could in hex. (black).

Where did you get the 1200f clear paint for your engine covers? Highest I can find is only to 200f.
1980 LTD (changed over the years), 1979 LTD (being rebuilt), 1977 KZ turbo and various KZ's in various states of build. KLX110

no i need the allen head ones. Thanks anyway. oh amd the ones you have they'll rust pretty quickly, at least mine did anyway, i'm gonna tray painting them flat black.

The bike is mean lookin Bradah!! Thats almost the same concept im gonna go for. Cool! Whats the length on the swing arm? I didnt catch the year of your bike. Man,those before and after pic's are like night and day!!!
