My Home Made Fenderless Kit

Hey all! I promised I would take lots of pictures of my home made fenderless kit I just made so here they are. Like all things ... it took longer then i expected as I didn't exactly have the best tools for doing this. I pretty much used a jigsaw, drill, hammer, vice and dremel tool so it isn't the prettiest thing in the world.

I took the idea off the picture of the fenderless kit PMC makes and spent about $20 on the rusty steel I found in the corner at Home Depot. If anyone wants I can post the dimensions in case you want to make your own. It was pretty easy. In retrospect I wish i could have scored some diamond plate steel. Now that I know how to do it I may make another. Always easier the second time around.

I still need to de-rust and paint the metal so please excuse the ugliness.

Here is the underfender (took keep the road and water out of my seat and battery)
