I would start with the upper end of stock (36psi) if you wanted to change the fuelling map it would be done by changing the duty cycle of the injectors (mappable ECU) not fuel pressure but that shouldn't be necc. I would expect the stock mapping to be adequate for a pipe and big bore

Ok well from what i have been told i would have to bump it...but ill set it to 36 psi... i should have the injectors in a week to 10 days so wanted to get the regulator mounted and fix a couple oil leaks... i hope the new injectors will be the fix am itching to ride it.. its been about 11 years since it was last on the road..

I think the guys on the turbo site are running the pressure at around 38 but they are trying to make sure they dont burn them up when the boost is on so 36 sounds about right .

Good news, seems to idle nice and "pick up" cleanly - is that with the rebuilt injectors fitted ?
EDIT: just seen your second post - should be sweet with the refurbed injectors (they clog up just like carb jets do )

yea am still waiting for the injectors to come back... but i got it running ok now.. has a slight stumble at take off low end once around 2k rpms its like a dream come true smooth all the way to redline clean rev... i hope the injectors fix that stumble its popping from idle to around 2k not really bad it was way worst before the fuel pump and regulator.. the bike seems to like 38 psi the idle is more stable... so now the question is do leave it for now wait for the injectors.. or is there anything else you guys can think of to check or adjust
