@F64
So far no spark when I turn the bike over,  I've checked a few plugs. The carbs are not ready to take any fuel and tank is off.
So if I am understanding this correctly since I have 10+ volts on the positive side of the coil it should be enough power to spark the plugs?
Any other readings I should check?
Something I just noticed, when I power off the kill switch inward option(toward rider) I see the neutral light brighten just a touch, when I power off the kill switch to the forward position I hear a faint click, from center of bike.?

Let me know if this worked.

video is from an iphone and I am working on a mac laptop so it seems compatible. If you are on microsoft or another platform it may not work.

To see the video, right mouse click and save as IMG_9924.mov. As far as i can identify in the video, you have your wires to the coils (black on green and green on black) switched. So the coils/ignition/spark plug leads (1-4 and 2-3) are 180 degree off to the cam position.

Have seen the video, am looking at the wiring diagram now. Is the battery voltage still 12.4 and the coil feeds 10.6v ? Is so what is the voltage at either side of the 20amp main fuse ( black meter lead on battery negative)

Also try disconnecting the yellow and red to the left coil - does the neutral light still dim when you switch to run
Repeat the above with the right coil disconnected and the left connected

Thanks @Scirrocco, I hooked up the wires from the new coils as same orientation of the old coils and the new coils male/female connectors only attach one way. I can't see the manufacturer messing that up, although you never know I guess. So the new coils have a yellow wire on the right side of the coil and black on the left side of the coil, they can only go on the bike one way. I hooked up the wires as same orientation of the old coils. The left side black wire goes to black, the right side black wire goes to green. The yellow wires(I assume positive side of the coils each go to the combination female lead to the red/yellow wire. Is that correct?
