I was looking at an 83 schematic....Trying to find an 82 now
found one--hard to read though--totally different than an 83

Take a look at your regulator/rectifier. It may be having a field day with your electrical system.
When your bike is acting as it does in the video, you may be able to shut the bike off and disconnect the reg/rec 6 wire connector and restart to see if the issue remains when you restart.
Or better yet put a meter on the battery terminals when the bike is running badly to see what the regulator voltage at the battery looks like.
Looking at the video again it looks like your voltage is surging. Your headlight gets brighter and dimmer as well as your neutral light
