Thanks! I also have a parts bike buried in my parents' garage in pieces that I hopefully can find an igniter and front master cylinder if I look hard enough.

I'd like to thank everyone for the help troubleshooting this issue. Turned out to be the igniter. The one from fleabay worked. Nice fat sparks. Thanks again!
