The ignition coils have no polarity, but connect the RED wire on both coils to the same terminal for better spark energy. If you're using aftermarket coils(Dyna, Accel), watch to make sure the primary(small wires)terminals do not ground out against the mounting spacers for the coils.
You'll find that fuses will blow if the wire terminals are touching....
