I agree! thats some nice work. heres a little challenge (my "dream" guages lol) the numbers and letters are made of tiny wrenches and sockets(silver in colour), the background is black with chrome(coloured) flames, and the red line has red numbers instead of silver

Turns out the sign guy would rather have the photoshop file. I gave him the JPEG files and he said the tribal one was too fuzzy to use. But he is going ahead with the standard #'s on white, because it was a little clearer. Should be done Fri. Can always do the other ones later.

I think you should definitly start a business doing this. I've seen a few CB750 white face gauges on ebay. You probably won't get rich, but it might be a decent way to make some extra cash for you bike,:P

wouldnt it be easier and cheaper to print it on a cd label and clear it with uv blocking clear?

Yeah it probably would, but my printer is currently DOA, and I never heard of UV blocking clear until just now. Never claimed I was smart,LOL:lol:

Hey bthalice thanks for the email. Could you send me the same ones without the flames, I want to get them both done tomorrow and see which looks better on. I thought about the DVD label as well, but the ones I have have a hig hole in the middle......

Terry seriously, you need to do these for money. I can go to the wrecker and get speedos from various junkers and scan them in and send to you

Ok I got these back from the sign shop yesterday. They look awesome. He cleaned them up a little more and brightened the blue color a bit. I still think it would be cool to do the flames, but I'm going with this for now. Was going to cost $20 for them to do the cut-outs so I told them I would do it. I will put them back together today and post some finished pics. Thanks for all the help guys.
