huge 2X spark plug gap needed for CDI? WHY?

It would appear that turboltd1000 did a search on KZR looking for an answer to a question before asking. Sometimes I wish other new members made more use of the search function, the Wiki and file base before just expecting others to answer their questions.

I get the not expecting a response to a post ;by a member that has not been active in some time. But his post on the old topic did get responses, just not from the last one to post on the old topic.
