If you are asking me... we send overseas parcels via USPS. Unfortunately, surface shipping, which is least expensive, takes 4-6 weeks to most locations. To estimate costs, see what services are available, etc, go to the USPS.com website and have a look... if the condensors are under 1 lb., economy parcel post looks like the least expensive way to ship... $24. If you have a padded envelope, perhaps the condensors could even be shipped airmail letter post which is under $10. The folks at the Post Office can help... At the Post Office, they can give you a customs form to fill out. Mark the thing with "used motorcycle parts" and a low value to avoid complications with Romanian customs.

We do not ship Fedex but use UPS here in the States but don't use UPS overseas due to costs and complications.
