Pour some Kroil or Liquid Wrench in there an let it soak for a day ot three, replenishing the penetrant as needed. If you don't have any handy, a really effective penetrant can be made from equal parts of automatic transmission fluid and acetone.
If you have enough penetrating liquid and a suitable container with a lid, you could emerge the entire carb in it in the hope that the penetrant would get into the enrichener circuit and attack the corrosion from both directions at once.
Either way, be patient.

Agree with the oil spray. I'd try heat too. Fill up the cavity with spray and then heat the body with a propane torch until the spray is boiling away. Heat breaks down varnish easily which is typically what's holding the parts together. And needless to say be sure to remove the pilot screw, spring, washer, and O-ring first.

If it is primarily varnish rather than corrosion, a really good carb cleaner may soften it up. Heat will certainly speed up the process, just be sure to keep in mind that the chemicals you use are quite flammable. If you are not experienced with using an open flame in such an instance, a good heat gun can be as effective while reducing the chances of great balls o fire.

Where are you located? A friend with an ultrasonic cleaner would be handy here...

Be careful with that plunger. That is oxidation combined with some varnish. (Looks to have been sitting in the elements for a minute) It looks stuck hard. A heat gun is more appropriate because a torch may cause aluminum / rubber pieces / things to melt. Soak with penetrate oil and be patient.

Conveniently enough, I can get to it from both sides with penetrant. Thanks folks! I just wasn't sure.

I rebuild a lot of carbs and use a torch on them all the time. Stuck slides can almost always be released with heat for example. I'd go straight for the torch, and no worry if the oil catches on fire. Most of the time carb cleaner won't penetrate the varnish either.

No flames intended here. (skews the pun!) Carb cleaner was not the recommended cleaning method for the oxidation is was penetrating oil (flammable BTW) . No sense starting small then working up. Especially for a novice carb re-builder. Don't screw around "go straight fot the torch"! lol

Good deal. How do the plunger bores look? Hope they are not badly pitted.

Not bad considering how badly they were stuck.
