Okay , I got the engine running only on choke, I’m two turns out right now but the carbs are back firing and it’s running about 2100 rpms, should I go up four turns out on the pilots screws. And the picture is what I’m at right now

What is that supposed to be? If your carb holders are leaking, the low speeds won't work properly. If it won't respond at 1- 1 1/2 turns, you have a air leak. The slides have to be closed to.7mm for the pilot circuit to work. If it only runs on choke they aren't working.
A turn is 360* from lightly seated.

Popping out of the carbs is lean. Could be the cable slack on top of it. Four full turns is too much. You may have to go two steps up on the pilots. What do the plugs look like now?
BTW, sounds good.

Picture of the spark plugs for the kz550 ! I put new sparks in when I got the bike! Only has 3k miles on them

So, where do I get bigger pilot jets?

Adjust the idle rev and pilots screws (1 and 1/2 out) without throttle cable in touch.
Bike sounds good so far but a carb vacuum sync is a must have for stable low idle.
Ignition timing and advancer in spec?
Spark plug looks lean air/fuel or too much ignition advancing.
Valve clearance ok?

Your plight is reminiscent of when I was trying to get a CL bought kz1000 ltd to run. Everything was so out of whack that troubleshooting was almost impossible, at least it was for me at the time.

I let the bike sit a few more years before I delved into it again. Had plenty of other considerations at the time so it wasn't a priority.

Anyway, start with the basics. Download or buy the manual and then set up the motor and carburetors as per recommendations.

Timing plays an important role because engine vacuum relies on proper timing. Compression test is also a factor. Check valve clearances.

When in doubt, go back to square one.

Get the manual

Are they all like that? Don't see any oil burning if so.

In the video you adjusted the idle down to about 1000 rpm +/- a few rpm, but then you said that is too low. It is not too low for idle speed; it is correct for idle speed. Ed

I still have to check the valve clearances , and I have no idea how to check the ignition time ! But I bought new coils, wires, and spark plugs and remember the bike has a wiring harness from my part bike(kz550)

When the engine is first started it idle fine but after I ride around for a couple of minutes the idle revs up and doesn’t drop the Rpms down! So I have to adjust the idle screw again so it go back to 1000-1300 rpm while at idle! Once th engine is cold I’ll I want to see if it will start without me messing anything !
