Keihin CR33 Special jetting on KZ1000

Hi All,
I have a '79 KZ1000 with a Wiseco 1075cc kit along with Megacycle cams fitted. The exhaust is a V&H 4-1. The next upgrade that I want to make is fit a set of Keihin CR33 Special carbs with K&N filters. Does anyone have experience setting up & jetting these carbs on a similar spec motor? I'm interested in hearing what the base line set up is in terms of needle position, jetting, etc.

would stop at 31s, or even 29s if it's a street bike.
