You could try:
1) Remove tank and rinse with clean solvent
2) Remove/clean petcock
3) Install inline filters
4) Use bowl screws to drain carbs
5) Fill carb bowls with Gumout liquid carb cleaner or similar cleaner. let soak for a couple of days.
6) Remove drain screws. Use carb spray cleaner to hose down through the bowls using the gas inlet and drain hole. Rinse thoroughly.
7) Check fuel levels with clear tube.

Clear fuel line with in line filters installed...
Nice clean fuel flowing ..
I would probly just yank carbs off than wait a few days..
Maybe I'll try it though is raining here
also after cleaning jets carb cleaner shot 8 feet out so I'm pretty sure jets are OK..
Making me wounded if I had to pull the carbs and maybe shoot cleaner and air through them
Thanks for the suggestion

If your bike only runs with choke on then they are plugged and you cannot clean them properly without removing them. They have to be taken apart and throughly cleaned making sure all the internal passegeways in the carb bodies are clean and clear.
