79 750 twin Update on carbs/pods/jetting/needled!!

just wanted to give back some info on how amazing my rejet has gone!!

to start off i got all info from here and it has been going great so far..
small jet is a #50
main jet is a #135
needle is 1 clip down-richer

so my results are amazing..super fast with amazing pull thru entire rpm range! just a few days ago i dropped the clip position down one spot and that made the pull from 4.5grand to 7grand pull very hard. not that it was flat in the stock setting....its just a very noticeable strong pull now.
i am gonna drop it one more just to see if gets better or worse..

the #50 jet is great
the 135 main i think i can go 1 higher...i will try that also soon enough, just to see...u know why not


anyway just wanted to say thanx....!!

and give the board back some good real world numbers..

ohh yea and:
the sealevel area in my town is about 200ft....just so you all can compair apples to apples as best as possible......when i go to the mountians ill see if i have to turn the screws to adjust for the lower oxygen in the air...
