CR special jetting

Hello everybody, thank you for having me. I have an 81, Z1 with a set of 31mm CR specials on it. Engine is all stock. It has a Kerker header and muffler on it and running pods. 125 main and 70 pilot. What i was wondering was does anybody know what the jetting should be at 400ft. Alot of popping on decel and surges quite a bit below 5000rpm. Any recommendations would be welcomed. Thank you
