KZ 650 24MM Carbs Info???

I'm Z1900 & KZ1000! I have this set of 24mm intake, KZ650 carbs. Never been touched!
No Phillips head screw driver been on the bowls or the cross bar holding the housings on!
I will clean them, if they are worth selling, after 3-4 hours of labor.
Are they worth the value of the 26mm or the 28mm 900&1000's??
I see a center fuel line, 2 clear overflows. Is that a second neoprene hose for a vacumm petcock??

I tried downloading the PDF file and an excel file, that is in the archive. But my computer skills won't let me get there. I finally mastered pictures!

I take that back after seeing the picture! Someone had the bowls off, they are opposite drain holes! But the phillips heads have hardly been touched on all of the bowls
