Fuel line

Can someone tell me what size fuel hose my kz650 uses? ID and OD?
Im at the auto parts store and I'm going to replace all my hoses and try to fab an alternate fuel source for syncing the carbs.

Reconsider if possible to avoid automotive type fuel line -- clunky, thick, reinforced, hard-to-manage, ugly, black fuel hose. Yuk! :pinch:
Would recommend smaller more petite and flexible non-kink style fuel hose.
A local tool rental store is often a good source to acquire excellent quality fuel hose. Ask for the "grey" hose.
2nd best choice would be tygon hose available at many hardware stores.
1/4 inch or 5/16 inch should fit, sometimes without needing a clamp. Perhaps 9/32 inch, if available.
If difficult to expand over a nipple, may sometimes soak end of hose for a few moments in cup of boiling water, which softens it enough to slip over the nipple without drama.
Good Fortune!

Thanks for the tips. I picked up some clear 1/4" which should do the trick. Couldn't find any clamps though. I'll try another store.
