i have a 1974 kz400 and am in need of 2 carb holders, the stock number is NLA! 16065-037, i found 1 of 16065-048 and 2 of 16065-1002 for the 1979,
has any one played with the 1002's and if so what will i be facing to make them work?

this is my sisters bike since it was brand new and has only 3.100 miles on it. other then needing some TLC and rechroming it's in nearly show room shape and i would like to get it running for my wife to ride.
any help is great fully thanked for

seems the 037 number ones are real hard to find,i did get 2 of the 1002 ones, filed out the holes till they matched up the port. some spray lube and in went the carbs, a bit of work to resync them and off for a ride,

this bike has been in my family since brand new,sat since 1978 with only 3,100 miles on it, and now back to running with historic tags.
