rs carb questions
14 Sep 2010 13:06
Hi guys. I would like to know if anyone could tell me what bike's came with 34mm radial slide carbs. I want to put some on my 1075 this winter when I get the head back from being rebuilt and p/p'd. I don't really want to spend the long dough if I can get a good used set. Thanks in advance fellas.

Bummer. Is there any stock carb that would give comparable performance? Mine is still a street bike with no track time so I realy don't need an expensive aftermarket setup. I also don't want to go the smoothbore route due to lack of parts and expense.

RS mikuni carbs were never factory installed. you can score some off ebay but buyer beware as most have issues !

If it's a stock or mild street KZ 900/1000, grab a brand new rack of CRS29 Keihins and have Sudco jet them leaner than what they normally ship them with. PM me or OMR for jetting specs.
Those carbs rock on KZ's up through 1075cc. Great throttle response, easy to change needle clip position, etc.
They're everything the old VM29 Mikuni smoothbores ever wanted to be...
