Has anyone tried using Pod filters on keihin cv34's?? My original air filter setup was badly damaged. Also in talking to Z1 Enterprises, they told I would need ones 60.3 mm in size. Comments pls.

Had Uni pods on a CB750.
They were a slightly different Keihin carb.
Mine ran fine for what it was,the only non Kawasaki I ever owned.
The stock Kawasaki KZ750 carbs should measure 2 1/8 in. where the filter clamps to.

There have been several people complain about PODs on CV carbs. Some preach against it completely.

I just picked up a 1000 ltd with PODs and it seems to run ok up to about 7000 rpms and full throttle and then there is a hick up.

I am going back to stock as I want to ride the bike and not chase a tuning issue.
