Carb Mikuni questions

Hi, I came across these carbs. I have 4 questions.They have 34mm intakes.

1. What are they? I think mikuni BS34's
2. What bike are they from?
3. What is the wires for?
4. Would these be a good replacment for EFI on 82gpz1100.
I would only use if my EFI died some time down the road, a back up plan I guess.

1983 GPZ750
1977 KZ1000LTD
1978 Z1R
1981 GPz1100 KZ1100-B1
